The IVY New York collection is available for precise viewing in its showroom located in Hong Kong (schedule your visit in advance) as well as Jewelry and Gem Fairs held in Hong Kong.
Online payment and pricing policy
IVY New York LLC may change prices on the site without notifying. Transactions are only accepted by IVY New York at the time of order dispatch. We take utmost care in ensuring the prices are correct. However at times of an honest pricing mistake that is noticed post the order placed, IVY New York will reach you to notify inventory mismatch and reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any undercharged purchases.
All the prices are listed in USD. We process cards with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal and Stripe systems.

For transactions below USD 1000, we recommend PayPal or Stripe, as it guarantees a speedy checkout. For transactions above USD 1000, we recommend a wire directly to our bank account.

Any purchase of IVY New York merchandise accompanied by Gem Reports, acts as the sole confidant henceforth. IVY New York is not responsible for anomalies with the report. The point of sale, concludes the expertise evaluation offered by IVY New York against that offered by the Gem Report issuer in any case to be dealt directly with the Labs.
